Use & Care:

1. Do not use in microwave. This product is not built for the microwave.
2. Do not heat directly with fire.
3. Do not heat empty containers.
4. Do not use for boiling water to avoid scalding.
5. Avoid using abrasive cleaners to clean this product.
6. Please use a small amount of vinegar to clean the product when using it for the first time.
7. When using in the freezer, do not completely fill the container with solid food or liquids rich in moisture. Leave ample space as liquids and solids expand when frozen.

Your satisfaction is important to us. Should you encounter any issues with your LocknLock purchase within 7 days of receipt, you can avail of our 7-day return & exchange program. Kindly ship the product back to our office. Upon successful return, we will send you either a voucher equivalent to the product in question.

This program excludes product defects due to misuse or abuse of the product, accidental damages, as well as damages caused by improper use.
