Excellent service

I went to your Fishermall branch last Dec 2023 to have my luggage repaired since i had an incident from my last trip where my luggage “opened” if not for a safety belt around my luggage my personal stuff would have scattered in the airplane bin . Anyway, the lady in charge was not really accommodating . I was kinda pissed off when she said i could return next time since the one who would look at my luggage is not around. I told her i went to fishermall without a driver or assistant just to have my luggage checked. Anyway after so many inane exchange with that lady she agreed for me to leave my luggage for repair after talking to a “higher up. I did not receive any text or call after that until i saw the locknlock branch at robmag and told the guy about my luggage. Mr Ron Yap was so accommodating and even got my contact number. An hour after i got a text informing me of the status of my luggage .and he even advised me on how to use it, limit my items to 16k etc. he also texted me that its ready to pick up! No word from that fishermall branch! You should have more people like Mr Yap since i am so
Impressed with his work ethic going beyond his turf to help out a customer! Mind you i have been buying from that Fishermall branch and i think I’d rather shop at your robmag branch! A 5star rating for RobMag branch!!!
