How long does it take to complete an order?

We can get your order ready by the next business day. :)

How long does shipment normally take?

We ship out within the next business day.


For orders within Metro Manila, we book delivery via Grab / Lalamove so you can get  your orders immediately!


For orders outside of Metro Manila, we book via Gogo Express. They can usually deliver within 2 - 7 business days upon pick-up. We will send you the tracking number upon pick-up.

Will you send me the pictures before ship-out?

Yes, we will contact you vibe mobile, Viber, or e-mail to send you pictures of your engraved order before we ship out.

I made a mistake in my order, can I still correct it?

Please contact us immediately via e-mail at marketing@locknlock.com.ph, or in our Facebook page for any errors. We will try our best to accommodate your request if the tumbler has not yet been engraved.


Unfortunately, for orders that have been engraved we cannot accept returns and refunds.
