Are these products completely leak-proof and spill-proof?

Cups & Bottles: They feature a triple leak-proof system that easily handles everyday drops and tosses. However, because straw cups require an air valve to breathe, they are not 100% airtight. When packing them in a diaper bag, keep them upright or pop them in a small zip pouch.

Portable Bowl Set: The lid is a transport cover, not a liquid seal. It holds solid foods and snacks perfectly, but wet or saucy foods will leak if the bowl tips over.

What are the absolute "DO NOTS" when sterilizing or reheating?

To prevent melting, warping, or losing insulation, follow these strict limits:

Stainless Steel Cup Body: Never put it in the microwave, dishwasher, boiling water, or a steam sterilizer. High heat destroys the vacuum insulation. Use a UV sterilizer or hand-wash only.

Sippy Cup Handles & One-Touch Caps: These parts cannot be boiled, steamed, or microwaved.

Plastic Bowls, Plates, & Chopper: Do not put the Food Chopper in the dishwasher or near heat. For the non-slip bowls and plates, never microwave oily foods (like butter or oil) in direct contact with the plastic, as this will damage the surface.

Why does my cup have an amber tint / small bubbles, and how often should parts be replaced?

The premium PPSU material naturally has a light honey/amber color and may show tiny spots or bubbles from the factory molding process—this is completely normal and safe. For hygiene and safety, plan to replace the bottle bodies every 6 months and the soft silicone spouts/straws every 2–3 months (or immediately if you notice bite marks or tearing from teething).

How do I get rid of food stains or smells on the silicone items?

Because the bibs and suction plates are made from premium platinum silicone, they resist odors and stains much better than cheap rubber. However, highly pigmented foods like tomato sauce or curry can leave a tint if left sitting. You can easily lift these stains by soaking the item in a mixture of baking soda and water for a few hours, then wiping it down with a soft sponge.

What makes the "Weighted Straw" and "Dual Straw" system special?

The weighted straw features a small weight at the base that moves dynamically with the liquid. This allows your baby to sip comfortably from any angle—even sitting up, standing, or lying completely flat. The cups also include two different straws: a weighted one for early weaning, and a standard straw for when your toddler grows and wants to drink more at once.
